These beautiful calendars capture the early days of Hancock County, bringing back memories of the past for some while giving others a glimpse of what our county was once like. It is a great collector’s item with memorable bits of history of our great county. And, with Christmas coming up, it would be a great Christmas gift for young and old alike.

This year’s calendar was created by Lisa Jarboe. “I think many from Hancock County today would find it very interesting to see the crowded streets of our towns, the booming businesses we had 50 to 100 years ago, the different styles in clothing of the different time periods, the overwhelming support our sport teams had and the different modes of transportation,” Lisa said. “From buying our 2024 DAR Calendar, you can get a glimpse of all of this.”
