KISD School board approves 2024-25 acedemic calendar

The upcoming 2024-2025 calendar for Killeen ISD was approved by trustees at last week’s board meeting with very few changes from the current school year calendar.

The board was given two options to choose from, Option A duplicates the holiday desitnations from the 2023-2024 calendar. Option B did not include the entire week of Thanksgiving for a student holiday but included a Friday in February which would make a 4-day weekend out of the Presidents’ holiday.
